The land acreage is flat and close to main roads.
Since we owner carry all of the land for sale on this website all you do is pay the $500 deposit which secures the property. We will then work out an agreement for you to pay half down and make payments for the rest, or if you want you can pay in full to buy it outright.

Once you sign the agreement you are locked into the terms of the agreement until it is paid in full. If you want out of the agreement you can get out you just forfeit all your invested money in the land.
